A Message from David Bottner
In the eleven years of experience I have had serving in the New Orleans area, I have seen the transformation in and around the city. At the New Orleans Mission, we have experienced tremendous growth in the area we serve. We have enlarged our reach with a multi-campus expansion to the North Shore; from serving and housing approximately 160 guests per night and growing to accommodate over 350 guests per night.
Our vision for Florida is to replicate a recovery center similar to Louisiana. This is not just a dream or idea, this is something we have seen come to pass and with God’s guidance and provisions we believe we will see it in Florida as well.
CHROME retreat is a beautiful opportunity for men to connect with God, transition their life, and grow spiritually as they reunite with their family and children and become the men God created them to be.
It has been an honor to serve at the New Orleans Mission as CEO for the past 10 years. It is a blessing to watch men and women transform from living a life of despair apart from God, to a life of passion and purpose through a relationship with Jesus. I am excited to see God continue to move in the lives of the men at the Florida campus. No one was created to live in addiction, abuse, or mental illness. He created each of us with a divine destiny and we are here to help each man that comes through the doors to live a life of purpose.
